This home is packed with fine details! The majority of the building is cantilevered three feet over the foundation which gives it a floating look, the reverse board and batten cedar siding is finished with a Swedish product which accelerates a weathered look, the four foot roof gable overhangs were built to be as thin and streamlined as possible while the exposed rafter tails are large in size but sleek in their finished look. 

The only word to describe the interior is clean, with no baseboard or trim anywhere in sight, light fixtures that are perfectly selected for the space and fixtures aligned perfectly to not take your eye away from the entire package. This project had lofty goals but was designed perfectly to make them achievable.
